Customer Service Representative
MM is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn, natural enthusiasm and service experience to assist the on-site event marketing and advertising team with all tasks involved in developing and executing our overall client marketing efforts. We are the liaison between clients and the community, building the bridge to generate customer retention, customer engagement and customer acquisition. Relationship-building between yourself and customers is a key part of this role.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and marketing advertising plans and operational functions to company standards
- Participate in product/service knowledge training on behalf of management
- Execute sales presentation directives and standards to team members
- Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to the client, their products and their services offered
- Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy of all new clients the company acquires.
- Ensure highest level of sales and customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
- Assist the sales manager and advertising teams with any day to day administrative support as requires
