Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, sales and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services. Customer service is key!
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and guidance to new sales representatives as they onboard.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate necessary daily reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.
- Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
