We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for process improvement, marketing and sales to help drive our connection with brands and their audience. As Customer Support Associate you will play a key role in handling several work streams related to our customer programs, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and their customers. At the heart of our approach is a healthy learning environment where we train in presenting and leading a team of tactical customer service and marketing representatives.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Drive Process Improvement: Work across departments to identify trends and drive improvements in customer experience. 
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction. 
  • Sales & Marketing Engagement: Facilitate the qualification of potential customers and engage in sales opportunities on behalf of our clients.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in areas such as product knowledge, policies, procedures, and performance metrics. 
  • Training & Communication: Lead team meetings and one-on-one sessions, communicate policy updates, and provide continuous coaching and development. 
  • Escalation Management: Handle escalated customer issues, providing weekly support for customer interactions.
