We’re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Team Associate to drive brand awareness and foster customer loyalty for our client in the wireless and cell phone industry. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, working within the community to promote free lifeline devices and cell phone services as part of a government-funded program. You’ll take the initiative from inception to completion, creating meaningful connections along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our client within the local community, enhancing brand image while promoting free wireless services to eligible individuals receiving benefits from the state of California or federal programs.
• Qualify potential customers through their California benefits, helping them save on monthly expenses.
• Follow up on leads provided by our client to efficiently meet needs within your designated territory.
• Engage with community members to explain product offerings, answer questions, and cultivate brand loyalty.
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities to boost brand visibility and awareness.
• Build lasting relationships by offering personalized service and support to community members.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.
• Utilize Salesforce for lead generation and tracking to enhance outreach efforts.
